A meal at this intimate French restaurant is always a delicious affair, especially with chef-owner Jeremy Gillon's penchant for surprising palates with an omakase menu that showcases the season’s bounty and various Savoie herbs. His True Jag Omakase Experience autumn menu is no different—ingredients such as clementine, salsify, langouste and venison (among many others) are elevated with herbs such as sariette, sapin, serpolet and verveine for a beautiful balance of complex flavours and textures.
