1. Corner House

Chef Jason Tan will be joining hands with Kristian Baumann, head chef of 108 Restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark, for a two-night collaboration dinner on October 23 and 24. It’s also worth noting that Baumann, a Noma alumnus, has worked closely with René Redzepi.

He will be featuring his signature take on Nordic cuisine, made with premium produce and foraged ingredients, served alongside chef Tan’s evolved gastro-botanica fare. The menu will be a surprise, but something tells us you’ll be tucking into delicious food, including Corner House’s signature Cévennes onions served four ways.

2. Candlenut

What did we do this week to deserve another sumptuous four-hands dinner on October 24? This time, it’s at Candlenut, where chef-owner Malcolm Lee will be cooking alongside Masterchef Singapore judge Audra Morrice.

Both share the same passion for showcasing their heritage on the plate, evident in their combined menu which includes sticky black bean and chilli Borrowdale pork ribs (from Morrice's upcoming cookbook) and buah keluak bergedil and beef tongue (Candlenut).
