French fashion maison Chloé mixes glam rock with soft femininity for the Pre-Fall 2015 collection.

“We were looking at the glam rock of David Bowie and Marc Bolan mixed with the softer side of Kate Bush,” says Chloé's creative director, Clare Waight Keller about her inspiration for the Pre-Fall 2015 collection.

Shot within the rustic confines of the Chateau de Beauregard castle in the Perche region of Lower Normandy, the lookbook imagery evokes a dream-like and almost folkloric story of a modern Chloé girl who had moved from the idyllic countryside to the city.

The collection is mix of textures with the glam rock appeal evident in the tougher silhouettes of the blousons and low, wide trousers while the soft femininity comes through in the delicate paisley prints on diaphanous fabrics.

When it comes to accessories, the IT bag for the season would be the Goldie bag in long hair ponyskin but if the touches of gold hardware are insufficient for you, the gold-toned Gemma rings will be sure to up the glam rock factor.
