Apple has updated its Developer application a few days before the start of its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), which runs June 7 to 11.

Like last year, this latest edition will be 100 per cent virtual, due to the pandemic. It can be followed via the application, as well as on a dedicated website.

While this conference is primarily aimed at developers, it is also an opportunity for the public at large to discover the main new features of iOS, the iPhone operating system.

Since the 2021 edition of the WWDC will be virtual, everyone will be able to follow live the announcements and the various workshops organized by Apple around its new products.

As every year, the conference will be an opportunity for developers to discover the key features of Apple's upcoming operating systems, so that they can get to work as soon as possible on compatible applications. For the general public, it's an opportunity to discover new features coming to their smartphone, their tablet, their watch or their connected TV.

The free Apple Developer app is available on the App Store. Discover the WWDC 2021 event and program here and follow WWDC live on YouTube.
