Start with a healthy quinoa and beetroot tartare stacked on crisp beetroot chips and dressed with caper sauce and caviar, before going for all-time faves including assorted sushi, sashimi and chilled soba from the Japanese offerings.

The three-course menu commences with appetisers, and you’ll enjoy a spiced carrot and ginger soup, as well as a Caesar salad bedecked with Comté cheese, croutons and anchovies.
As for mains, the Provencal seafood soup warms the belly with its robust flavours, while the grilled aged Australian flank steak and whole roasted chicken glazed in butter satisfy everyone’s cravings for delicious protein.
