Yoyo Cao Shares 7 Things She’s Shopping For This Week
It's hard not to be influenced by Yoyo Cao's fashion choices. The 32-year-old Singapore-based style star has been a fixture on Asia's best dressed lists for over a decade. Thanks to her 422,000 followers on Instagram, the Macau-born content creator has partnered with heavy hitters in fashion like Gucci, Celine, Dior and Chanel to put her playful spin on classic pieces, providing oodles of inspiration for anyone stuck in a style rut.
In 2010, she opened Exhibit, a multi-brand boutique in Far East Plaza on Orchard Road in Singapore, cementing her status as a fashion player to watch. Today, she has taken on a new role: mother to her soon-to-be three-year-old son, Luca. Here, she reveals the pieces she needs in her closet.
Khaite, Isabella high-rise straight-leg jeans
"Straight-leg jeans are my go-to cut in the denim department. I particularly like these for the fact they are high-waisted and elongate my proportion. Legs for days!"
Saint Laurent, high-rise pleated leather shorts
"In Singapore, the weather is brutally warm most days. I love how leather shorts afford comfort while still allow me to look put together. I could easily wear these to a formal meeting by throwing a tailored blazer over them."

"I was obsessed with this monogrammed pair the moment I laid eyes on them on the runway. I don't usually gravitate towards monogrammed pieces because of how loud they are, but the discreet double-C logos on this pair of trousers are a really cute touch to an everyday pant."
Sacai, asymmetric ribbed cotton-blend and cady dress
"I'm a massive fan of Chitose Abe and everything she does at Sacai is *chef's kiss*. I recently saw this dress while I was browsing online and they are already out of some sizes."

Isabel Marant, Enza silk striped shirt
"You can never go wrong with a classic shirt. There are plenty to pick from but this particular short-sleeve, shoulder-padded option from Isabel Marant takes the boring out of a regular shirt. And, of course, it's very warm-weather friendly."
Gentle Monster x Marine Serre, visionizer II 01
"Gentle Monster sunnies are an everyday staple, and this collaboration marks the coming together of two visionaries of the industry. I imagine this oversized pair would be great on days I just don't want to deal with people."
The Attico, striped merino wool cardigan
"Because a little bit of colour never hurt anybody. Plus, it's spring."
