Van Cleef & Arpels' Frivole collection features petals of gold and diamonds frozen in time, seen through the lens of American photographer Olivia Bee
There’s something romantic and poetic about the holiday season, which evokes a sweet winter dream of landscapes enveloped in white and scintillating snowflakes floating down from the skies.
Already known for its 'white jewellery' that amplifies the natural luminosity of diamonds with white gold or platinum, the enchanting winter snowscape couldn’t be more apt for French luxury jeweller Van Cleef & Arpel’s latest campaign, captured by American photographer Olivia Bee.
Lending her touch of subtle delicacy and femininity, the photographer uncovers a different facet to the Frivole collection. With its heart-shaped petals made of mirror-polished or pavé-set white and yellow gold, the delicate collection of bracelets, rings, earrings, necklaces, clips and secret watches play on light and reflections from the snowy landscapes, resembling flowers frozen in time.
