The capsule collection, which is designed exclusively in orange, will be sold at a pop-up accompanying his retrospective in Chicago

American designer and Louis Vuitton men's artistic director, Virgil Abloh has designed a capsule collection of accessories for the French fashion house, finished entirely in orange, WWD reports, Wednesday, June 5. The creations will be sold at a pop-up in Chicago during the designer's retrospective at the city's Museum of Contemporary Art.

The Virgil Abloh: 'Figures of Speech' exhibition runs June 10 to September 22 at Chicago's Museum of Contemporary Art and is devoted to the work of the famous multi-talented American designer. To accompany this retrospective, the designer—who founded the Off-White label—is opening a pop-up store featuring exclusive Louis Vuitton creations.

The pop-up will open June 8 to July 7, 2019, on West Randolph Street, in a lively neighbourhood of the city. As well as the Virgil Abloh for Louis Vuitton all-orange capsule—notably including sneakers, sunglasses and a backpack—it will also feature the fashion house's autumn/winter 2019 men's collection.

Virgil Abloh will be in the spotlight at the forthcoming Paris men's fashion week, where he is scheduled to present new collections for Off-White (currently slated for June 19) and Louis Vuitton (slated for June 20).
