Jaeger-LeCoultre Unveils A Limited-Edition Watch For The New Kingsman Movie

Fans may have to wait until September to see the latest instalment of the Kingsman franchise titled The King's Man but the limited-edition Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra-Thin Kingsman Knife watch is exclusively available to pre-order on Mr Porter now. Inspired by a vintage pocket watch design, the sleek and elegant wristwatch is limited to only 100 pieces.

The third instalment of the Britsh spy thriller takes a dive back in time, looking at the history of the secret service and its beginnings, with a statement on Mr Porter stating that the watch is “based on the slimmest and most elegant pocket watch of the pre-WWI era”.

The leading men in the Kingsman movies have become well-known for being impeccably dressed, decked out in Savile Row suits, with the accompanying spy equipment and weapons hidden as sleek accessories. So, it’s only natural that the watch is perfectly in keeping with this, with Mr Porter noting that it is both "sophisticated and gentlemanly” in design.

Made in the horologer's Swiss workshop, the watch is powered by the calibre 849 hand-wound movement, which is housed in an 18-karat rose gold case. The understated design is topped off with a classic alligator strap.

Mr Porter and Kingsman director Matthew Vaughn have also teamed up to create a full collection inspired by Arianne Phillips’ costume design, which you shop view online here.
