Straight from Paris, the Christian Dior show will be live-streamed on July 6, at 8.30 pm. Are you ready for some of Maria Grazia Chiuri’s miniature magic?

Today marks the start of the first-ever digital Paris Haute Couture Week, with the house of Dior showing at 2.30 pm Paris time (8.30 pm Singapore time).

Tune in here as we live-stream creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri’s spellbinding couture collection, which will be showcased in a film directed by Italian director Matteo Garrone, who also brought the iconic children’s novel Pinocchio to the silver screens last year.

The show teaser reveals that Maria Grazia Chiuri was inspired by Théâtre de la Mode (miniature theatre of fashion). It was a touring doll exhibition during the end of World War II, specifically 1945 to 1946, where top Parisian fashion designers and jewellery houses dressed mini mannequins (and sets) in order to showcase their collections.
