From the Master Ultra Thin line to the Rendez-Vous collection to the Reverso range, Jaeger-LeCoultre combines aesthetic beauty with mechanical excellence and promises something for everyone
While Jaeger-LeCoultre may be known for ultra-complicated showpieces like its Gyrotourbillons, it’s really its classics that leave the most lasting impressions. This year’s new launches from the watchmaker include quite a few of the latter and here are the three standouts that have captured our attention.
1. Master Ultra Thin Enamel Limited Editions
The Master Ultra Thin range welcomed three beautiful blue-toned additions this year: the Master Ultra Thin Tourbillon Enamel, Master Ultra Thin Perpetual Enamel and Master Ultra Thin Moon Enamel. As indicated by their names, this trio of watches all sport enamel dials in an elegant greenish-blue that is further enhanced by a guillochéd sunray motif.
All three have 18K white gold cases and are limited editions—50 pieces of the tourbillon and 100 pieces of each of the other two new models have been exclusively produced. Sophisticated aesthetics aren’t all that are unique about this special-edition trilogy—the watches boast improved movements too, as compared to their regular counterparts from the Master Ultra Thin series.
