Watch lovers were in for a horological treat on June 27 this year as Swiss independent watchmaker, Greubel Forsey, brought its brand new creations to Singapore as part of its world tour.
Held at the Fullerton Hotel Presidential Suite, the dinner event saw co-founder Stephen Forsey wow horolophiles and customers of Sincere Fine Watches (Greubel Forsey works exclusively with the retailer) with the 2017 novelties, including the Grande Sonnerie that costs a whopping $1.8m.
The brand is famed for pushing the technical envelope and has constantly released avant-garde creations over the years. It is also a regular at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève awards. With Forsey explaining the inspiration behind the creations over dinner, the watch enthusiasts enjoyed the in-depth chat and educational discussion immensely.
