The Swiss watchmaker welcomes a new addition to its 1966 Lady Collection that marks a tone of discreet elegance

The Girard-Perregaux 1966 Lady

Swiss watchmaker Girard-Perragaux has unveiled a new addition to its 1966 Lady Collection.

The latest timepiece from the luxury watch brand, named the 'Lady 1966', comes with a cognac-coloured dial with a petal-like guilloché decoration and leaf-shaped hands.

The new Lady 1966 features 80 diamonds on the bezel and a 30mm diameter case crafted from pink gold. The hours are also marked with diamonds, apart from for 12 and 6 o'clock, which appear as Roman numerals.

Inside is a self-winding mechanical movement with a 42-hour power reserve. A chocolate-coloured alligator strap with a pink gold buckle finish off the look.

It's an interesting new addition to the ladies' lineup at the traditional Swiss watchmaker, which dates back to 1791.
