Yu Lee, multi-media creator, Taiwan (179K followers)

On Instagram, Yu Lee describes herself as a “Former EIC” and “current free spirit”. A former foreign media correspondent who led Tatler Taiwan as its editor-in-chief from 2020 to 2022, the journalist and multimedia creator is a thought leader in the world of fashion and lifestyle. On her social media feed, she considers the fanciful creations of Victoire de Castellane for Dior High Jewellery or the slow water-like movement of Iris van Herpen’s haute couture collection. And on her website, Yutopia, she writes about life, most recently, her 10-day Vipassana Meditation retreat, where the fashion veteran spent hours upon hours meditating in stillness to connect to what’s most important: happiness.

Anne Curtis, actress, Philippines (19.5M followers)

“I believe style shouldn’t be defined by a trend but more of an expression of who you are,” Anne Curtis, the actress, host and singer who has been entertaining audiences in the Philippines and beyond for more than two decades, told Tatler. With 19.5 million followers on Instagram, all eyes are on her every move—and she never disappoints, presenting a slew of looks on TV, at events and, of course, on her social media feed. Curtis, who likes “to dress depending on my mood”, can slip into a range of styles, from the elegance of a Saint Laurent column gown to the simplicity of a crop top and leggings by her activewear brand Recess. “Don’t get me wrong, I still have that simple surfer chick in me. You can still catch me in denim, tees, sneakers or sandals on some days,” she said.

Andrew Mok, AKA Offgod, creative director, Hong Kong (395K followers)

Of social media, Andrew Mok said to Tatler: “It’s helped me in terms of growing as an artist. Social media is a platform through which you can spread art; without it, it’s harder for an independent creator to share their work.” The 18-year-old creative director, also known as Offgod, has attracted a massive following thanks to his 3D-printed sculptures—wearable art in the form of trippy headphone accessories, jewellery and eyewear. His creations have drawn the interest of big names and labels in the fashion world, including A Bathing Ape, for which he created accessories for its BAPE Heads Show, and Louis Vuitton creative director Pharrell, whom he met in Hong Kong in March 2023. Continuing his style journey, Mok also debuted Bandage Boy, his clothing line that follows the same thread of organic fluidity seen in his signature accessories.
