1/8 TVF for DVF

Diane von Furstenberg is keeping it in the family for this capsule collection. Born in 1999, Talita von Furstenberg is the eldest granddaughter of Diane and a full-time student at Georgetown University.

She is also a muse of the brand and spends time working in the design studio of her grandmother’s label. This month, Talita launches her first capsule collection featuring 23 pieces of feminine and effortless tops, dresses and separates with dizzying florals and pastel prints. The collection is exclusively available at select DVF stores.

2/8 The Attico x Re/Done

The surprising yet oh-so-right collaboration between American denim label Re/Done and The Attico was announced mid-April, and what we've seen on Instagram has left us wanting more.

Designers Giorgia Tordini and Gilda Ambrosio have a knack for putting a vintage spin on easy-to-wear, of-the-moment pieces, so expect rhinestone-encrusted jeans, baggy shorts and even tulip-shaped camo trousers. The collection will debut its first pieces on the Re/Done website, as well as select retailers such as Matches Fashion and Barneys New York.

3/8 Fendi x Gentlemonster

Italian house Fendi has collaborated with Korean eyewear brand, Gentlemonster. The series will feature two unisex styles and three colourways each that pay homage to Fendi’s exquisite craftsmanship and Gentlemonster’s cutting edge eyewear designs that have garnered international recognition.

Gentle Fendi No. 1 rides on the wave of small shapes and bold logos, and features a cat-like shape, while Gentle Fendi No. 2 is a more sporty, oversized frame for those who like a little more coverage. The capsule launches in select Fendi and Gentlemonster boutiques around the world this month.

4/8 Ganni for Matches Fashion

Ask fashion insiders around the world to list their favourite contemporary brands, and you will inevitably hear of Ganni, a Copenhagen-based label that is taking the industry by storm. Their capsule collection for British retailer, Matches Fashion, is entitled Sun, Moon & You and draws inspiration from astrology.

“I’ve always loved the mystery of astrology and the idea that everything in the universe is connected to the stars, the moon and the sun” Ditte Reffstrup, creative director at Ganni, reveals, “we used this as our inspiration and chose an eclectic mix of cosmic prints with our classic leopard in true summer colours and shapes.”

5/8 Aquazzura x Rebecca de Ravenel x Le Ninè

It's rare to see a three-way collaboration, but it only seemed right that Rebecca de Ravenel (earrings extraordinaire), Aquazzura (footwear maestro) and Le Ninè (for your raffia bag needs) should come together.

Expect a line of covetable of straw bags, boater hats, coral shaped and cowrie shell accented earrings, espadrilles and sandals to ensure you are summer-ready in utmost style.

6/8 Loewe x Paula’s Ibiza

In the third instalment of Loewe’s collaboration with legendary Paula’s Ibiza, expect a wide range of ready-to-wear (for both men and women) and accessories that celebrate all things bohemian and hippie.

Escape to the islands with their collection of soft rainbow-hued bucket hats, cotton crochet dresses, crinkled jersey tops with a well-worn finishing. Playful and tropical prints are definitely not to be missed. We have our eyes on the cobalt blue sunnies and logo tote, what about you?

8/8 Miu Miu e-MIU-ticons Capsule Collection with M/M Paris

Miu Miu and Prada have been long-time clients of creative consultants, M/M Paris, and it was their last collaboration for the spring/summer 2019 Miu Miu fashion show that led them to create moving images of abstracted letters and emoticons.

These symbols have become a visual representation of the Miu Miu attitude, and are printed and patched on a variety of ready-to-wear (think cardigans, miniskirts and hoodies) and their iconic leather bags, which are exclusively available at select Miu Miu boutiques around the world.
