Clinique has teamed up with Jonathan Adler, a multi-talented designer whose specialities include home deco and pottery, to create a dreamy makeup collection.

All the packaging in this collection has been reinvented by the designer, who has opted to feature his emblematic geometric patterns.

Jonathan Adler says that this "bright, bold and fresh" collection is all about "jet-set glamour" and is inspired by "iconic seaside destinations."

The collab consists of 10 shades (including three limited editions) of "Clinique Pop Lip Colour + Primer", whose design is inspired by the designer's "Globo" collection. Each lipstick cap is decorated with a geometric pattern and has a jewel-like dome. The names and shades of the limited edition lipsticks are inspired by the designer's favourite destinations: Palm Beach Pop, Capri Pop, Santorini Pop.

Jonathan Adler has also reworked the design for Clinique's "Lid Pops", the brand's light-textured eyeshadows. The geometric design on the packaging is reminiscent of old-style French gardens. These new "Lid Pops" are available in four shades: Cream Pop, Willow Pop, Aqua Pop, and Grape Pop. The instantly recognisable pattern is also used on the packaging of two shades of the brand's "Cheek Pop" blushes: Peach Pop and Plum Pop.

The central piece of the collection is the "Chic Color Kit" palette which has a colourful geometric pattern that gives it a "happy chic" feel. The palette consists of 13 shades, plus brushes.
