Neon shades

From the electric blue highlights and fuchsia lipstick on show at the Christian Siriano runway presentation, to the neon orange lipstick seen on the catwalk at Christopher John Rogers, flashes of bright, attention-grabbing color gave the season's beauty looks an air of joyful optimism. Even the pouts at Oscar de la Renta were a bright, arresting shade.

Sleek hair

Low, minimalist ponytails and shiny hair added to the polished look at Carolina Herrera, while Michael Kors used a side part to add dimension to the models' sleek styles. At The Blonds, things were a little more ruffled, but the wet-look hair added a fashion-forward polish to the beauty look.

Berry lipstick

Berry hues are on point for Autumn 2020. At LaQuan Smith, glossy lipstick in a deep berry tone gave the beauty look a glamorous edge, while at Anna Sui it was paired with graphic eyeliner for a theatrical result. Berry-toned lipstick and statement eyelashes also made for an arresting beauty look at Rodarte.

Bold brows with a red lip

Go a little bolder and try a different look to the office on some days. For starters, a bold, red lip can instantly amp up your look. This season, Proenza Schouler opted for all-out glamour, with wet-look hair, bold brows and statement red lipstick.

Matte complexion

A flawless visage with an out-of-bed hairstyle will never go out of trend. Coach 1941 opted for a low-key, laidback beauty look comprising clean-scrubbed, matte complexions and natural hair textures.
