1/4 Over Penang + Beyond

What Known for his aerial snapshots of interesting terrains, landmarks and features, Malaysian author and photojournalist David ST Loh will be exhibiting his photography at the East Garden Gallery of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. Not only does the exhibition give a greater visual perspective of Loh's hometown Penang from the sky, but smaller moments captured in Southeast Asia stand as an exemplification of how photography has the capacity to bring people together, as a universal language that transcends geographical boundaries of today.

2/4 Ballet Under The Stars

What The annual outdoor dance event of the performing arts calendar returns to Fort Canning Green for two weekends—one staging contemporary works, and the other, classical ballets. Among them include choreographies from British choreographer and the artistic director of the Danish Dance Theatre, Tim Rushton presenting contemporary piece Evening Voices, as well as Singapore Dance Theatre's very own artistic director, Janek Schergen presenting the classic ballet of The Nutcracker Act II

3/4 Bastille Day at Lulu's Lounge

What In an homage to the storming of the Bastille, Lulu's Lounge, Singapore's upscale lounge at Pan Pacific Hotel (Marina), will be hosting a Bastille Day party with specially crafted French-inspired cocktails and a lovely line-up of performances, ready to enthrall audiences. Ready to entertain with sultry burlesque shows and a number of interactive segments to keep the audience on edge and involved, French-Vietnamese electric harpist HeloiseLaHarpe, accompanied by jazz ensemble The No Corianders, will be taking the stage at the lounge to keep spirits high with their vivid and dynamic soundscapes.

4/4 Kurios—Cabinet of Curiosities

What After performing a total of 1,928 shows in Japan for the last 18 months, Kurios has finally arrived on our shores, under the new Big Top along Bayfront Avenue, and will be performing its first show here this weekend. As part of Cirque du Soleil's many exhilarating productions, audiences can expect to enter a hidden world where the craziest ideas and grandest dreams await, following a scientist character called The Seeker.
