1. Julien Royer
For chef and co-owner of Michelin-starred French fine dining restaurant Odette, Julien Royer finds happiness in life's simple pleasures.
"There's plenty of joy to be found in the normalcy of everyday life," he shares, and this is reflected in his music playlist, filled with tunes that he shares with loved ones and remind him of his childhood. For curious listeners, the one-hour playlist is peppered with uplifting rock ballads by British rock band Queen, and the laid back tunes of Jamaican singer-songwriter Bob Marley, among other French classics by Renaud and Marc Lavoine.
