All You Need to Know About the Tatler Christmas Charity Auction With Community Chest Singapore
If there’s a time that the true meaning of Christmas—the spirit of generosity—needs to shine bright, it’s this year.
Apart from inspiring holiday cheer with over 250 gifting ideas at Tatler Curates: Christmas Edition, Tatler Singapore is launching a Christmas auction to benefit our charity partner, Community Chest Singapore. Featuring donations from tastemakers within the community such as celebrity Dick Lee to Asia's Most Stylish Karen Ong-Tan, the Tatler Christmas Charity Auction has a total of 18 lots of brand new and pre-loved pieces including luxury jewellery, designer handbags, and rare wines.
All the funds raised through the auction of these pieces will be donated to Community Chest, the fundraising and engagement arm of the National Council of Social Services (NCSS) that supports over 80 charities in Singapore.
“The festive season this year might be more subdued, but we cannot let the spirit of giving dim. I am heartened by Tatler’s efforts in rallying the affluent community to do good for vulnerable groups amongst us. The donations will not only spread festive cheer during this year-end period but also go a long way in ensuring our social service agencies and service users receive the gift of support to help them tide through challenges ahead,” says Phillip Tan, Chairman of Community Chest.
Complete details on the lots for the auction are available on Tatler Curates: Christmas Edition and bidding will officially open on December 1 at 6 pm and will end on December 6 at 4 pm. Tatler Singapore has collaborated with Hotlotz as the official charity auction partner for this initiative. In the meantime, get a glimpse of the pieces and the generous donors below.

It has twin Toron top handles and shoulder straps so you can carry it in various ways depending on your needs.
Prada Nappa Antique Bow Tote

This stunning vintage hairpin is crafted from gold and accented with beautiful pearls and vibrant jade, that will surely make you shine bright.

So it’s apt that she donated this dazzling Jimmy Choo clutch, which would be the perfect companion to any soiree, be it an intimate cocktail all the way to a glamorous gala.

The late great Karl Lagerfeld left an indelible legacy in fashion. The prolific designer created breathtaking collections during his tenure at Chanel, added pizzazz to the Italian brand Fendi and still managed to create designs for his eponymous brand.
