2. Rebecca Eu

WHO SHE IS

If her surname sounds familiar, that's because Rebecca has her roots in Eu Yan Sang—a family-owned traditional Chinese medicine business, with a century-old legacy. The daughter of Richard Eu is also the founder of social enterprise Mei's Own, which provides survivors of human trafficking with skills training and employment in the Philippines. Frequently jetting between Singapore and Manila, the social entrepreneur plans to move to the city this year and dive into the project full-time. When Rebecca's in town, though, she enjoys visiting jazz bars with her dad and painting. Want to impress her? Buy her food and just...be intelligent. The 25-year-old is shy on dates, so you'll need to be a good conversationalist.

THAT'S NOT ALL

She was the first Singaporean to be presented at the Bal des Débutantes in Paris. The girl’s got drive and manners.
