As Singapore Tatler celebrates its 31st anniversary this November, we ask society figures to recount their most memorable Tatler Ball moments as well as share their birthday wishes for Singapore’s premier luxury lifestyle magazine.

It’s been another year of inspiring interviews, photo shoots in the most spectacular locations, exciting launches, exclusive previews, glitzy parties and generous giving. We’ve had a ball here at Singapore Tatler and hope you did too.

This month, we’re blowing out the 31 candles on our birthday cake feeling older and wiser, and beaming with pride as we thank you – our readers and business partners – for journeying with us since 1982. We wouldn’t have come this far without you, and it’s because of you that we’re gearing up for bigger, better things to come as we strut through our fourth decade.

1. What's your birthday wish for Singapore Tatler?

Congratulations to Singapore Tatler on celebrating 31 years! Over the past few years, I have truly valued the relationship that I have with Singapore Tatler, as well as (Edipresse Singapore managing director) Gilbert Cheah and (editor-in-chief) Jane Ngiam. Only the best magazines with the highest quality content can stand the test of time and Singapore Tatler fits the bill. It has been a pleasure working with you and I wish you continued success in the years ahead.

2. Which was your most memorable Tatler Ball?

Every Tatler Ball is memorable, but the one that meant the most to me was in 2008, when I received the Tatler Leadership Award for Most Gracious Host.

3. What do you most look forward to at every Tatler Ball?

I especially look forward to being with my friends at the Tatler Ball.

4. Complete the sentence: Singapore Tatler is...

Fabulous!
