Porterhouse cuts complement the steakhouse's all-American desserts

Despite the slightly theme park-esque interiors, one can’t deny the popularity of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, the Singapore outpost of a New York institution. Wolfgang Zwiener, long-time head waiter at New York’s most famous steakhouse, Peter Luger, opened his eponymous restaurant in 2004, bringing with him a penchant for porterhouse, wood-clad interiors, and staff in crisp white button-downs and black bow ties. With 30 outlets worldwide, the restaurant has earned legions of fans and is a popular venue for celebrations. Overall, the food is good—highlights include the French onion soup with a sweet and savoury broth and a generous portion of cheese covering the bowl, and the Porterhouse steak for two with a very good flavour and juiciness to the meat. Enjoy your meal with the onion rings, comprising giant onion rings that are perfectly seasoned and fried.
