A garden-to-table concept is the highlight here, featuring herbs and greens from the restaurant’s garden, as well as local poultry, seafood and vegetables where possible. French-Italian fare includes warm truffle shoyu mushroom spinach salad, with its delightful earthy flavours further enlivened by pine nuts and tangy yuzu gelée. The farmed poulet is presented with the brined chicken leg reclining on a bed of creamy mashed potato, accompanied by mushroom ragout. Classic Italian tiramisu, tipsy with Kahlua-soaked sponge and Baileys mascarpone cream, is not for the faint-hearted. A fine range of old and new world wines is available, along with colourful cocktails to complete the meal.
