Located on the ground floor of Sheraton Towers, the restaurant’s interiors are simple, with floor-to-ceiling windows that cast a spotlight on the hotel’s beautiful cascading waterfall. Complementing its majestic view is an extensive menu that offers a variety of local and international fare. Dig into favourites like the juicy Australian Wagyu beef burger, made more indulgent with crispy bacon, fried egg, caramelised onions and brie. For something closer to home, the Nyonya-style laksa sees rice vermicelli bathed in a rich coconut broth and topped with juicy tiger prawns, fish cake and bean curd. Homemade sambal completes the dish, adding a fiery kick to each bite.
