This beautifully designed and furnished restaurant may be tucked away on Sentosa Island, but it’s definitely worth the trip. A visual treat, the scallop carpaccio is fresh and vibrant with its mix of finely sliced scallops, black grapes, goat cheese, micro-herbs, shiso leaves and herb-infused olive oil in a delicate balance of perfectly matched flavours. For mains, the full-blood Sher Wagyu skirt steak is served simply with a side of watercress and roasted garlic. The steak is nicely seared, meltingly tender and absolutely delicious. The Iberico double pork chop is another definite highlight; it’s well seasoned, topped with an unforgettable bacon jam and pear relish, and served with velvety mash and watercress. For dessert, the chocolate globe piña colada isn’t just a clever blend of chocolate, pineapple, coconut and rum flavours—it’s also rather dramatically presented.

The Skirt steak is a highlight, but ask for mustard as it truly perks up this dish; Dijon, wholegrain and English mustard are served upon request.
