The elegant restaurant features many spaces to entertain and socialise, from the Antinori Room to the Macallan Bar. The menu focuses on seasonal produce. Must-have dishes include the tegamino, a comforting serving of pan-fried eggs with black truffle purée and cheese; risotto with mascarpone cheese and black truffle purée; beef tenderloin steak with minced black truffle on a bed of poached green asparagus.
