Come hungry as most portions from the grill weigh in at a hefty 300g sans sides. Slabs of red meat like the Miyazaki A4 striploin are cooked as requested, with a nice char on the outside. This particular cut produces an intense flavour and melts in the mouth, thanks to the Wagyu’s heavy marbling. Vegetarian and seafood lovers can also get their fill with offerings such as the Impossible Pork burger and an inviting range of seafood starters. The pan-seared Hokkaido scallops are fresh, succulent and juicy, while the crab cakes are formed with generous chunks of crab meat. Apart from variety, the casual atmosphere also makes Opus a suitable venue for celebrations and merry get-togethers.
