The dining room may look monotonous, but the food is anything but. Chef Cheong Kai Choon has taken common ingredients in Cantonese kitchens and put his own spin on them to create such dishes as miso shoyu baked cod and tiger prawn vermicelli, which aren’t only original but are also supremely good. With the new presentation, some of the dishes are served individually. The wine list, though unexciting, is very budget-friendly, all of which makes this a good venue for business entertainment.
