Chef-owner Han Li Guang’s interpretation of modern Singaporean cuisine aims to surprise and delight. Nothing is as it appears on first sight, and each dish is enjoyable, flavourful, and uniquely its own. The Hainanese-style chicken rice is served in a dumpling packed with the piquant flavours of the dish, and a side of thickened chicken stock; the Labyrinth rojak pairs with a tasteful array of herbs, honey and cempedak sorbet; and the Heartland Waffle is laced with a mix of local duck liver pâté and goji berry jam.
