This Kyoto-style kaiseki restaurant offers two distinct dining experiences. Guests can enjoy either an omakase menu crafted by chef Yoshiyuki Kashiwabara or opt for themed menus that revolve around maguro (tuna), uni (eel) and Wagyu beef. Staying true to chef's kaiseki roots, the menus have categories such as hassun (seasonal appetisers), kobachi (small bowl), rice bowl and desserts. The Maguro menu includes a Kyoto-style clear soup, sashimi and toro moriawase, ikura chawanmushi, a grilled dish and maguro don, and concludes with Japanese sweets.
