Located within Ion in Orchard, the Cantonese cuisine here stands out—sample the selection of roast meats to appreciate the chef’s skill on the grill and accompany this with a choice of traditional Cantonese soup. Other cooked dishes, including local favourites such as sweet-and-sour pork and poached seasonal vegetables, highlight the ability of the kitchen with the quintessential wok.
