A quaint restaurant built upon the beauty of natural ingredients, Sicilian superfoods and seasonal seafood

The speciality Sicilian restaurant, helmed by chef-owner Giovanni Mannino and chef Kenneth Oh, continues to impress with a genuine love for historical cuisine and the importance of seafood to Italy’s island region. The aptly named Sicilian Journey five-course degustation menu starts with Mannino’s spiel on the vibrancy of Sicilian fare, before revealing a menu filled with seafood-centric plates alongside some of Gattopardo’s time-honored signatures. The granchio, a comforting pumpkin flan topped with Japanese snow crab and paired with an earthy Bronte pistachio sauce, gets the appetite going before the restaurant’s star dishes hit the table. These include the impressive pesce al sale, a whole salt-baked fish that is deftly prepared and portioned tableside, served with Sicilian style caponata, plus a refreshing mint and pineapple sauce. When paired with a glass of Donnafugata La Fuga chardonnay, it certainly makes for an impeccable dining experience.
