This Japanese steakhouse has a menu boasting an exquisite range of Wagyu beef of different grades from seven different regions in Japan, including A4 striploin from Miyazaki and A4 tenderloin from Kagoshima. If you crave something with a higher marbling percentage, the Tochigi A5 ribeye is a good option. The chef will grill it according to your desired doneness, but it’s best served medium-rare so the meat remains flavourful and tender. For the premium donburi, you can also choose the type of Wagyu used. Topped with uni, caviar, foie gras and a hint of truffle oil for an amazing aroma, every mouthful is a burst of flavours. The Wagyu sandwich uses Miyazaki A4 steak, placed between two slices of lightly toasted soft bread—simple yet hands down, the best dish of the day. Service is prompt and immaculate. Staff are attentive, efficient and pay close attention to the details.
