If you’re a true lover of steak, Cut by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck is still one of the best places in Singapore to enjoy a great meal in a beautiful setting. Thanks to the wide selection—from Australian Angus to Japanese A5 Kobe beef—you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing the right cut. The American Wagyu rib-eye from Idaho’s Snake River Farms is highly recommended, and each bite is flavourful with just the right amount of seasoning and smokiness. For something extra indulgent, go for the silky bone marrow flan, its richness offset by the earthiness of the mushroom marmalade and the freshness of the parsley salad. As expected of a Michelin-starred establishment, the staff are friendly and attentive, and always on hand to answer a query or give a recommendation.
