Diners will find themselves returning to this stalwart restaurant for its signature dishes presented with a modern flair

Boasting interiors reminiscent of a traditional Chinese teahouse, Cherry Garden delivers a blend of traditional and refined Cantonese culinary delights. A must-try is the crispy-skinned Peking duck wrapped in delicate Chinese-style pancakes. Have the remaining duck meat wok-fried with garlic, salt, and pepper for a perfectly crispy treat, devoid of the waterfowl’s typical gaminess. Don’t forget to add on chilli padi to further elevate the savoury batter. The crispy prawns with wasabi aioli provides an equally satisfying experience, while the pan-fried A5 Miyazaki wagyu beef is succulent and flavourful. Truly enjoyable is the sweet and sour dessert of cherries in nu er hong and aged kuei hua wine, elegantly served with a cocktail jelly and lychee sorbet. The restaurant’s service also deserves commendation, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a delightful dining experience.
