Must-tries include the pong tauhu shellfish bisque, which features a flavourful, clear broth steeped in the sweet richness of prawns, as well as the buah keluak fried rice—the black nut brings out a smoky, robust flavour that coats each rice grain with the inky nut paste. The sizeable wine menu features bottles from major wine regions in France, Italy, Spain, Australia and the Napa Valley.
