What started out as a local brewpub in 1997 has since expanded in Singapore to become a trusted F&B brand operating its own craft brewery and restaurants across the country. At its latest outlet at One Fullerton, the culinary team offers a Western- and Asian-inspired menu that is prepared with local and sustainably sourced produce. Dishes range from the sakura shrimp pasta featuring sakura ebi and sobrasada (cured sausage) from Spain to the braised short ribs accompanied by wasabi kale. These are, of course, complemented with a variety of refreshing cocktails, wines and craft beers including the smooth and citrusy Golden Ale and the light and malty Pilsner.
