Wee Wei Ling is executive director (Sustainability Partnerships, Lifestyle and Asset) of the award-winning Pan Pacific Hotels Group, which oversees hotels, resorts and serviced suites in cities across Asia, Oceania, the USA and Europe. Wee oversees all the hotels owned by the group, along with its lifestyle brands St Gregory Spa and Si Chuan Dou Hua fine-dining Chinese restaurants.

Wee is a keen believer in charitable and corporate social responsibility initiatives. She chairs Project We Care, an initiative run jointly between the People’s Association and the private sector to promote corporate volunteerism, and is a champion of training and employing special-needs workers. Wee is also an avid supporter of local artists, some of whose works are acquired by the hotel group and displayed in its properties.

Pan Pacific Hotels plans to launch 13 more properties in ten cities by 2024, adding more than 3,300 rooms to its inventory. The expansion will increase its total portfolio to 48 hotels, resorts and serviced suites in 29 cities.
