Celebrity entrepreneur and accomplished PR practitioner Tjin Lee, head of Mercury Marketing & Communications, is a high-powered marketing trail-blazer and fashion-event organiser

Tjin Lee is the founder and managing director of Mercury Marketing & Communications, an award-winning public relations, events and marketing agency that works with luxury fashion and lifestyle brands. Lee is also known as the driving force behind high-profile events such as the Singapore Fashion Week and Audi Fashion Festival.

Lee spent six years at luxury retailer Club 21 before leaving to start Mercury. For more than two decades she has grown the firm steadily, landing top clients such as Burberry, Gucci, Jaguar and La Mer. In the meantime she has staged award-winning events that clinched accolades, such as the Singapore Tourism Board Experience Award for Best Leisure Event for the Audi Fashion Festival, and Best Exhibition for business-to-business fashion-trade show Blueprint.

Away from the spotlight, Lee also keeps hard at work behind the scenes to support female empowerment in business, and combat educational pressure on school children. She was one of the founders of CRIB (Creating Responsible & Innovative Business), a social enterprise that empowers women to become successful entrepreneurs, and also a co-founder of education movement Life Beyond Grades, which seeks to mitigate the rising pressures of school on children.
