Teo Hong Lim is the executive chairman of hospitality group Roxy-Pacific Holdings, where he charts the group’s business strategies and leads its overall direction.  

In February 2021, Roxy-Pacific, along with LWH Holdings and Macly Group, acquired a 999-year leasehold residential plot at 10A and 10B Institution Hill for SG$33.6 million. The firms plan to merge the site with another 999-year leasehold site at 11 Institution Hill, resulting in a combined site with an estimated total area of 14,300 sqft for residential development. Roxy-Pacific had earlier acquired another 37,131 sqft residential site in the Guillemard area for SG$93 million.

The group’s Roxy Foundation, launched in 2015, unites its charitable efforts. Roxy-Pacific has worked with organisations such as the South East Community Development Council and Jamiyah Children’s Home, which houses children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
