Dr Stephen Riady is the Executive Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of OUE Limited, a leading full-service real estate development, investment and management company based in Singapore.

Dr Riady has made numerous contributions in the field of public service. He serves as Global Trustee of the Asia Society, Honorary Patron of the Securities Investors Association of Singapore, and Executive Vice President of the China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs. Dr Riady is also a member of the Committee to Promote Economic Co-operation between Fujian and Hong Kong and is an Honorary Citizen of Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China.

In recognition of his achievements in business and entrepreneurship, Dr Riady received the Ernst & Young (EY) ASEAN Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and EY Strategic Investment Entrepreneur of the Year. Dr Riady is also a recipient of the Chevalier de L’Ordre des Arts des Lettres (Order of France) by the French Government. For his achievements in international business, Dr Riady was presented the Asia Society Southern California International Business Visionary Award and ASEAN Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

In 2023, Dr Riady honoured with the Asia Game Changer Award by Asia Society, recognising his longstanding commitment to improving the lives of rural communities in Papua, Indonesia, He is the first active Global Trustee of the Asia Society to receive this award.
