Stefanie Yuen Thio started TSMP Law Corporation with her husband, Thio Shen Yi, in 1998. The couple helm the practice as joint managing partners, taking it from a modest start-up with seven lawyers at its inception to a renowned boutique legal agency with a staff of more than 60 in two decades.

Outside of work, Thio works for charitable causes such as providing free cleft-palate surgery for underprivileged children. She is a regular commentator on issues that are close to her heart, including female empowerment.
