Liew Mun Leong is the chairman of the Changi Airport Group and Surbana Jurong, one of the largest Asia-based urban and infrastructure consultancies, whose 68,915sqm Surbana Jurong Campus is scheduled for completion in 2021. It will house Surbana’s global headquarters. Liew was conferred the Knight rank of the French Legion of Honour in 2017.
