Kwee Liong Keng is the managing director of Pontiac Land Group, a privately held luxury real estate developer and hotel owner which was founded by his father, Chinese-Indonesian textile trader and real estate developer Henry Kwee.

Kwee collectively runs the firm with his brothers Kwee Liong Tek, Kwee Liong Seen and Kwee Liong Phing. The group’s assets under management are in excess of SGD10 billion across hospitality, mixed-use, commercial and residential developments spanning Singapore, New York, Sydney and the Maldives.

Pontiac Land is undertaking its ambitious Fari Islands integrated development in the Maldives, comprising three properties managed by Capella Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and Patina Hotels & Resorts. Each establishment is located on its own island, located in an atoll and bordering a deep lagoon.

Kwee is also a member of the board of trustees of Viva Foundation and the Singapore Institute of Technology.
