Former policeman-turned-property magnate Ching Chiat Kwong heads up Oxley Holdings

Ching Chiat Kwong is the executive chairman and CEO of homegrown property developer Oxley Holdings, the firm behind various residential, commercial and industrial projects in Singapore such as Mayfair Modern, Devonshire Residences, Suites @ Katong, Robinson Square and The Commerze @ Irving. The company is also involved in development and investment projects in overseas markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Japan, Australia, the UK and Ireland.

Oxley Holdings, which was founded in 2010, reported a net profit of S$49.5 million for the full year ending on 30 June 2021, with revenue for the first six months of 2021 rising 58 per cent to S$781.9 million due to higher revenue from its projects in Singapore, Cambodia, Singapore and Ireland. Earlier in January, its Malaysian arm, Oxley Rising, entered an agreement with Malaysian firm Pavilion Project Management to develop Oxley Towers, a hotel, residential, retail and office complex.

Ching is a board member of the UK’s Galliard Group, Australian property firm Pindan Group and Malaysian-based Aspen Group Holdings. He also sits on the boards of Ren Ci Hospital and THK Nursing Home, and is a supporter of programmes that help the elderly and socially disadvantaged.
