With a successful career in private banking, Cheryl Lee established Unusual Edventures in November 2020. The company operates in an online-to-offline (O2O) ecosystem in the fields of edtech (educational technology), education and healthcare, offering digital solutions for next-generation communities as well as an innovation lab.

She’s also the co-founder and director of a new US and Singapore start-up that empowers women in areas of femtech (female technology) and healthcare, as well as an O2O platform of related tailored services curated to address the holistic needs of today’s women in the international community.

Concurrently the global head of marketing for Klay Capital, a global multi-family office group that works with families, entrepreneurs, corporates, single family offices and institutional clients, Lee was the co-founder and CEO of Spectrum, an integrated, strategic global business platform centred on technology and innovation.

She was also a co-founder and director of 1-Rochester Group, a lifestyle and hospitality business that owns and operates a portfolio of restaurants, cafés and bars in the region. Lee sits on the CEO’s Philanthropy Advisory Council for the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and has also chaired the Kidz Horizon Appeal annual fundraiser in aid of the KKH Health Fund.
