Meet chef de cuisine Gaël Kubler now at The Peninsula

A new perspective can truly bring a refreshed feel and renewed appreciation to something we already know and love. The Peninsula Manila welcomed a bright addition to their culinary team at the beloved Old Manila with chef de cuisine, Gaël Kubler. Under his eager yet watchful and highly trained eye, the restaurant’s menu has been revamped. Since he has moved to the Philippines, Kubler dedicated time to finding the best local and global ingredients to suit his creations. With global training in top-tier kitchens under Michelin-starred establishments, we are eager to see Kubler's continued development and the future of Old Manila.
