Hokkien mee is one of the most popular hawker foods in Singapore, for good reason. Different types of noodles are combined and stir-fried in a wok with a variety of seafood, pork and egg, before prawn stock is added to heighten the seafood flavours. Even chefs can't resist the allure of this popular local food, so we asked them where they would go for a plate of Singapore-style Hokkien mee.
