A Taste of Thailand

Hello,

Gourmands who want to dine at Le Du, which was named Asia's Best Restaurant at the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants awards ceremony this year, won’t need to fly to Thailand as the restaurant is coming to Singapore from November 1 to 12 for Mandala Masters’ next culinary residency.

During this two-week pop-up, which will take place at Dolce Vita in Mandarin Oriental Singapore, Ton and his 26-chef brigade will whip up signatures as well as brand new dishes which will soon be part of Le Du’s new menu in Bangkok. While the menu hasn’t been revealed yet, diners can expect traditional flavours such as coconut and palm sugar to feature in his dishes. In keeping with chef Ton’s philosophy on sustainability, most of the ingredients will be sourced from local farmers in Thailand.
